Natural, sustainable herbs including calendula, comfrey, plantain, chamomile and St John's Wort are slow-infused to retain their intrinsic benefits.

Calendula has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. It reduces inflammation and redness, stimulates production of collagen to cover broken skin and helps prevent infection.

Comfrey anti-inflammatory, repair, healing, care, dry, sensitive or irritated skin.

Plantain treats wonds, stop itching, inflamed skin and dermatitis, acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis.

Chamomile has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. This herbal oil prevents weeping from cuts and scrapes, prevents itching stings and bites, reduces inflammation, treats burns, gentle for diaper rash, is an antioxidant and regenerative to damaged skin.

St John's Wort help soothing and healing damaged skin, anti- inflammatory.

Olive oil is rich in vitamines, including A, D, and K, as well as vitamin E. Olive oil is also known to moisturize and hydrate your skin, and also an antioxidant.

Vitamin E - non GMO helps support the immune system, cell function, and skin health. It's an antioxidant, making it effective at combating the effects of free radicals produced by the metabolism of food and toxins in the environment. Vitamin E may be beneficial at reducing UV damage.

Beeswax Locks in moisture & provides a protective layer to the skin.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@byhandsfromclaudia.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Warranty

All handbags, purses and accessories are guaranteed against any possible defects in terms of material and workmanship, for (1) one-year, from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required).

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect usage, accidents or use in extreme temperatures. We will repair or replace the product without charge if it proves to be defective.
